3-Packet Roast

2-3 pound beef chuck roast 
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet Italian dressing mix
1 packet brown gravy mix
2 cups water
1 tbsp oil
salt & pepper

Use paper towels to dry meat very well. Season with salt & pepper. 

Heat pan and add 1 tbsp oil. Sear the meat on both sides until browned.

Whisk together 3 packets & water. 

Place meat in crock pot. Pour mixture over the meat.

Cook on low 6-7 hours.
