5 tbsp butter
16 oz bag mini marshmallows
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 cups Cinnamon Frosted Flakes
Line a 13x9 baking dish with parchment paper or foil and spray with cooking spray.
In a large pot, melt butter completely. Add marshmallows to the pot, keeping about 1/2 cup aside. Stir continuously, until melted.
Remove the pot from heat and stir in vanilla.
Add the flakes to the marshmallow mixture about one cup at a time, coating completely. When adding the last cup, also stir in remaining marshmallows (they won't melt completely).
Spread mixture into prepared dish and press down using a spatula or your fingers (spray either one with cooking spray so it doesn't stick!).
Allow to cool completely for a few hours before cutting into squares.
