Enchilada Pie

1 lb ground turkey or beef
1 10oz can of enchilada sauce
1 small can of corn, drained
1 small can of diced green chiles
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
8 inch tortillas
shredded cheese

Cook & drain meat.

Reserve 1/4 cup enchilada sauce and set aside.

Add remaining sauce, corn, chiles and spices to meat. Stir together and simmer for 5 minutes.
Spray a 9-inch round glass dish with cooking spray. 

Place a tortilla in the dish. Top with about 3/4 cup meat mixutre and sprinkle with cheese. Repeat until meat is gone. Pour reserved sauce over the top.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
