Strawberry Pastries

1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
1/4 cup cream cheese, at room temp
1 cup sliced strawberries
2-3 drops of vanilla

Cut the pastry sheet into 6 rectangles - cut where it folds, then cut each third in half. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Lightly score the dough by cutting a half inch border into each rectangle. Be careful not to cut all the way through the dough, just gently on top. Use a fork to poke several holes in the middle.

Add the drops of vanilla to the cream cheese and stir well. Spread into the scored area. Top with sliced strawberries.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
