1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup mini M&Ms
1/4 cup chopped almonds (or any nuts!)
Before opening the bag, break up any big chunks of granola into smaller pieces.
In a large bowl stir the peanut butter and honey together until creamy.
Add the granola, M&Ms and nuts. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
Refrigerate mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to scoop. Use a small cookie scoop to drop balls onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Reshape the balls with your fingers, if necessary.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.
