Spanish Cauliflower Rice

1 bag frozen riced cauliflower
2 tbsp tomato paste
10 oz can Rotel
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp minced garlic

Place the frozen cauliflower in a large skillet and begin to cook on medium heat.

Add all the other ingredients and mix together. 

Continue to cook for 6-8 minutes, until rice is heated through.
