Crock Pot Creamy Pesto Chicken

2 lb boneless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup pesto

Place the chicken in the crock pot.

Mix the other ingredients together and spread over the chicken.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
